Brian McKenzie | Partner

Brian is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group, where he specializes in tenant and landlord advisory work. Before co-founding RBJ in 2001, Brian worked as a managing director at Insignia/ESG and provided real estate advisory services to both landlords and tenants throughout suburban Boston. During his seventeen years in commercial real estate, Brian has worked on behalf of such clients as Agilent Technologies, Boston Properties, Metropolitan Life, National Development and Raytheon Company.

Brian was the recipient of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s “Platinum Club” award for transactions exceeding $1,000,000 in 2003 and was selected as the Regional Broker of the Year for the New England region of Insignia/ESG in 2000. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and has provided legal testimony as an expert witness on behalf of Textron Corporation.

McKenzie graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in English. He is on the board of directors of Boston Cares and is involved with the College of the Holy Cross President’s Council, the Big Brother/Big Sister Program, and Rosie’s Place Shelter.
