Carmen Hernandez | Vice President

Carmen directs the marketing efforts at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, including promoting client properties, web site design, collateral materials, multi-media presentations and public relations activities. She also works closely with the firm’s research director to create market reports for clients.

Prior to joining RBJ, Carmen was sole proprietor of her own graphic design studio, Bella Design. Prior to pursuing her own creative endeavor, Carmen was a marketing director for the Boston office of Trammell Crow Company. Her responsibilities included preparing client proposals, computer presentations and marketing collateral materials. Her primary focus was working with the highly successful Investment Services Group.

In 1998, Trammell Crow purchased the firm of Fallon Hines & O’Connor (FH&O) at which Carmen was a marketing associate. Carmen graduated from Pine Manor College with a B.A. in Visual Arts/Communications.
