Samantha Hallowell | Associate

Samantha is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group.  In this role, she supports the real estate goals of the firm’s diverse suburban client base. Samantha is responsible for inside sales and marketing functions for the suburban brokers and clients.  She conducts financial analyses of competitive leases, manages site surveys, and manages sales processes, such as updating critical databases with statistics, comparables and tenants-in-market information.

She earned a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and has been an active volunteer for many educational organizations.
